THE CONSCIOUS PARENT COACH
Today’s parents are surviving instead of thriving
Let’s change that
I’m a qualified life coach who specialises in supporting stressed mums who want to parent their sensitive child consciously.
I work with mums to help free them from any feelings of guilt and shame, enable them to find inner peace and time for themselves while recapturing the joy in spending time with their sensitive children.
I often hear parents saying things like “I don’t spend enough quality time with my child”, “I don’t know how to help them manage their worry & anxiety”, “I feel so guilty”… If this sounds like you, I can help.
As well as being a neurodiverse mother to two highly sensitive children I have experience working with mums through years of volunteer work with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) in a variety of roles including babywearing and breastfeeding peer support. I use a combination of person-centered therapy, goal-focused coaching and frequency to help my clients find a way forward from their feelings of dissatisfaction and discontentment. I help my clients work through their issues and mental blocks, challenging the concept of the ‘perfect parent’, breaking through shame barriers and building up resilience. I explain the reasons behind certain behaviours and how best to connect with your sensitive child.
