Support with parenting a sensitive child
group Coachiing Programme
Do you worry that you might be doing it wrong somedays? That you are passing down trauma when you really wanted to be the cycle breaker? Do you suffer with mum guilt & shame?
If you are feeling isolated, misunderstood, undervalued or not appreciated you are not alone. It can feel like you are having to do everything and have no time to yourself. You have lost the joy in parenting and feel worried, frustrated or resentful. Would you like to be part of a supportive tribe, with similar children, where you can express your annoyances and fears without judgement? Would you like to take time to do something for yourself every week?
This programme will provide a safe space for a small group of mums to be heard and seen. As well as learning, there will be practical exercises each week that you can apply to your life. There is also the option to upgrade which includes a 1:1 call with me to discuss your specific parenting issues.
The next cohort starts April 2025

FAQs
When will the sessions be?
Group coaching sessions will be over Zoom every Tuesday evening starting 29 April 2025 and ending on 1 July. The calls will run for 60 - 90 minutes starting at 8:15pm.
If you have paid for the upgrade there will be a one hour individual call which will be arranged once the program starts. There will be no session in half term, 27 May.
How much time will it take?
You will need 90 minutes each week for a zoom session plus 15 minutes each day. There will be optional podcasts and books recommended but no workbooks or further homework apart from practical tools to use within your current life. I know how busy you already are!
Does my child have to be neurodiverse or have a diagnosis of autism or adhd?
No, this is for parents of all sensitive children. However if your child is on the pathway or has a formal diagnosis for a neurodiversity then this programme would also be suitable.
What results will I see?
You will feel more nourished, seen and heard. You will become more self aware and be able to trust yourself better. This will have a positive impact on your wellbeing which in turn will create more calm in your household. The more work you put in, the greater the results you will see. You will also be able to understand your child better.
what happens if i can’t make a call?
The main part of the call will be recorded so you can catch up. However the breakout rooms won’t be recorded as they are confidential. So I do recommend making every effort to attend each call. I understand that sometimes this won’t be possible. It is ok if you need to join late for any reason.
can my partner join in?
No, they will not be able to take part in this coaching unless they also pay for their place on the coaching program (provided they are also a mum). I do recommend sharing what you learn and explaining what you are doing with your partner as this will help you to feel supported and benefit your children if you are parenting in a similar way. They can of course watch the recording.

Testimonials
-
"One thing I’ve learnt is I can encourage different behaviours from my children by acting differently. Being aware of how I parent in the moment and choosing not to shout can make a positive difference to the outcome and the mood of the day."
Rachel Conran, mum of two
-
"I enjoyed the group experience and this was a huge bonus as you realise you're not alone in your challenges, irrespective of your personal situation, ages of children, and number of children, and this was a big comfort and support. I liked the open, honest and supportive atmosphere within the group and everyone's willingness to share, as appropriate to them and liked to hear the experiences of others"
Elaine, mum of two
-
"I found that each week I was really looking forward to the time spent together with the other mothers. Each week we explored a different aspect of conscious parenting and had time to share and reflect with the group."
Gale, mum of one
“In order to heal others, we first need to heal ourselves. And to heal ourselves, we need to know how to deal with ourselves.”
— Thich Nhat Hanh
Hi, I’m Claire
My journey to becoming a more conscious parent started when I had my first child in 2015. I want to be there to support other mums going through their conscious parenting journey with their sensitive children.
